Kvalitet och konsumption
Det är intressant att se tillbaka på hur världen förändrats genom tiderna, och på hur olika kulturer och synsätt har påverkat dom framsteg som gjorts. Förut byggdes saker för att hålla länge, idag byggs dom för att konsumeras, detta medför också att förut kunde arbetarna känna en stolthet i det dom gjorde, i produkten dom skapade, idag handlar det enbart om att känna pengar.
Kollade på en del gamla filmer och även en del nyare filmer om andra världskriget och framförallt om flygvapnet under tiden för slaget om England.

Det klart mest kända flygplanet från den tiden är Supermarine Spirfire, det byggdes av Britterna och var både estetiskt tilltalande samt funktionellt och det visade sig både i den kärlek alla som flugit en Spitfire känner för planet och i dess historia.

Tysklands motsvarighet, Messerschmitt ME 109, är långt ifrån en skönhet, och även om det var funktionellt så visar det lite på dom olika tankesätten som ligger bakom.

Spitfire är mer än ett flygplan medans ME 109 är endast ett redskap som användes av piloterna.

I say old bean you really must do your homework if you are to comment on these beautiful beasts of the sky, its not a ”submarine spitfire”! god forbid the bloody thing would be flying under water shooting down uboats or something, no no my good man its a SUPERMARINE SPITFIRE. Now then, onwords and upwords, that picture you have of a messerschmidtt 109 which you call ugly,well its not an me att all old boy its a spanish bloody bad copy called a Bouchon…if you look at the pic youll see shes quite ”fat” nosed,like a spit… because she has a spit motor , Rolls Royce merlin.

It was actually a spelling misstake, not an intentional miss when it comes to the Supermarine Spitfire that has been corrected.
As for the 109, I still think its an ugly machine, both the ”newer” spanish versions as well as the one used durring World War 2.
